Luis Sanchez Luna opens POLANCO this May, redefining the dining experience in Kensal Rise. After spending over fifteen years in some of Central London's finest venues and restaurants, Luna felt the need to bring a personal and intimate neighbourhood joint to the market that centred around humble Mexican cuisine, dishes on the menu encompass traditional home cooked favourites he grew up with, often prepared lovingly by family back home, to tasty street food bites that always hit the spot, transporting you to Mexico with every bite.

A place to bring his Mexican heritage and global influences to life by serving up the classics using authentic technique but with a twist. Luna's love for Mexican cooking and wanting to bring true flavours to the public without compromise come from a long career in kitchens worrying about the bottom line.
